Are you available for our wedding date?+
Send us your date and venue and we'll come back the same day with availability across the whole team — photographer, videographer, DJ, booths and stylists. Peak-season Saturdays book out 9–18 months ahead, so the sooner you check, the better.
How much deposit is required and do you offer payment plans?+
A 25% deposit secures your date exclusively. The balance is split into interest-free monthly instalments leading up to your wedding, with Klarna and Clearpay also available. Every payment date is written into your contract upfront.
What's included — and are there any hidden fees?+
Every package on this page lists exactly what arrives on the day: hours, equipment, attendants, prints, galleries, styling, insurance and travel across the East Midlands. The number you see is the number you pay. No upsells, no surprises.
Can we customise a package or combine services?+
Absolutely — every package is a starting point. Mix photographer, videographer, DJ, booths and styling under one team, one contract. Combined packages save couples £400–£1,600 versus booking suppliers separately.
Do you travel to our venue and is travel included?+
We cover the whole UK and travel is included free across the East Midlands (Notts, Derbys, Leics, Lincs, South Yorks, Staffs). Anywhere further, we'll quote a transparent travel charge upfront — never added later.
Are you insured and venue-ready?+
Yes — £10 million Public Liability Insurance, annually PAT-tested electrical equipment and DBS-checked team. We send certificates direct to your venue on request, so there's nothing for you to chase.
How many photos will we get and how quickly?+
Typically 400–800 fully edited, colour-graded high-resolution images depending on hours booked. Sneak-peek gallery within 48 hours, full private online gallery within 4–6 weeks — yours to download, share and print for life.
Can we choose the music and give a do-not-play list?+
Completely. We ask for your must-plays, your do-not-play list and the songs that matter most (first dance, entrance, last song). Our DJs blend your taste with crowd-fillers that keep every generation on the floor.
What happens if we need to change our wedding date?+
We're flexible. Subject to availability we'll move your booking to your new date at no extra cost — deposit and payments transfer with you. Full reschedule and cancellation terms are written clearly into your contract.
Can we see the booths and meet the team before booking?+
