DISCOUNT & PROMOTIONAL TERMS
Promotional discounts apply only to eligible Luxe 360 hire packages with a standard package price of £350 or more. The Small 360 and digital-only packages are excluded. The £350 minimum eligibility threshold is based on the standard package price before the application of any discount and excludes optional extras, upgrades, travel charges and other additional fees.
The percentage discount available will depend on the applicable promotional scheme and eligibility criteria displayed on this page.
Discounts cannot be combined with any other discount, promotional offer, special pricing, package reduction or voucher. Only one discount may be applied per booking.
Eligibility must be verified before the discount is applied. The discount must be requested before booking and cannot be applied retrospectively to an existing booking unless expressly agreed by us.
The discount applies to the eligible package price only and does not apply to optional extras, upgrades, travel charges or other additional fees.
Design Service on Discounted Bookings
To ensure fairness between customers paying our standard package price and customers receiving a promotional discount, discounted bookings are supplied with a reduced design service.
Where a promotional discount is accepted, unlimited design revisions and extensive bespoke/custom design work are not included in the discounted package. We will provide our standard design service and reasonable amendments to enable the agreed design to be completed, but repeated revisions, substantial redesigns, multiple alternative concepts or extensive bespoke design work may be subject to an additional design fee.
Customers who require the full custom-design service or unlimited revisions included with an applicable full-price package may choose to book at the standard package price instead.
This limitation relates only to the additional design services included with a discounted booking. It does not exclude, restrict or affect any statutory rights a customer may have under applicable UK consumer law.
The applicable eligibility requirements shown on this page form part of these Promotional Terms. All bookings remain subject to The Luxe 360 Booths’ standard Booking Terms & Conditions.
Changes to Discounts & Promotions
We reserve the right to amend, replace, suspend or withdraw any discount or promotional offer at any time, including changing the discount percentage, eligibility criteria, qualifying packages, minimum spend or other promotional conditions.
Any changes will apply to new bookings made after the updated promotional terms take effect and will not affect a discount that has already been validly applied to a confirmed booking, unless otherwise agreed with the customer.
Discounts and promotional offers are subject to availability and may be offered, changed or withdrawn from time to time at our discretion. The availability of a discount at one time does not guarantee that the same discount, rate or eligibility criteria will be available for future bookings.
Where a promotion has a stated closing date, the promotion will normally remain available until that date, subject to its specific promotional terms.
